I enjoy taking my vehicles to J & R Automotive as I know everything will be properly done and I do not have to worry that I will be taken advantage of. Their prices are very reasonable and they are willing to work with you if you need. Their waiting room is neat and clean if you wait or they will call you to let you know your vehicle is ready if you drop it off. Over all, they are a great group of folks to do business with.

On my way into town this morning, I noticed my dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree. I made it to town and limped into J&R. They got me started then drove me to my original destination while they begun work on my Subaru. I got back on my own only to find out that it was an oil sensor, and that they would have it tomorrow. All discussion regarding reasonable costs were held without any problem by me. I guess what they sell really well is their customer service! Anyone can be a mechanic, but they are like family when you're there. That's what will drive me back next time I need them!
