Great service. Took my car in and needed a part not in stock. Said they would get in 2 days. Two days later they called with the part. They said it would take a few hours to install, but they picked up my car, installed part, and returned car. Couldn't ask for more.

I recently moved to Fairfield Glade and received a coupon for an oil change. Everyone was very friendly and had my oil changed in a few minutes. They proceeded to explain the results of their free checkup of my f150 truck and indicated that I needed rear brakes. I told them I didnt have time today and they didnt pressure. I did go back a week later and got the brakes fixed properly at a fair price and decided to also do a tuneup on my engine. J and R Automotive has gained my confidence completely and I will be back for all my needed repairs. Thanks to the whole team!
