On my 2nd visit, the service writer 'Mat' remembered my name and got my truck into the shop very soon after I arrived. [same as the 1st visit],, made the repair and it all ran as smooth as it should in all busineses, but J&R seems to have found the way to make it work every time. Good job guy's. I will bring all my vehicles there on repairs that I don't do myself.. {Retired mechanic w/ 40+ yrs. under my belt].
